The coroner’s office has identified the man as Daniel Sanchez Plascencia.

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Mitral Valve Regurgitation Status Post Bioprosthetic Replacement

Cause of Death B: Infective Mitral Valve Endocarditis

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure, Hypertension, Atrial Flutter, Non-ST Elevated Myocardial Infarction, Asthma, History of Cocaine Use
