Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Daniel Rope.

Brown hair / Brown eyes

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

The decedent had just been arrested by Santa Monica PD in May on a felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon. His decade-long rap sheet comprises mostly narcotics-related offenses.
