Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dane Reynaldo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP DANE REYNALDO (July 25, 1981 – May 20, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:28 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in September presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
