The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Damaris Perez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: History of Septic Shock

Cause of Death B: History of Group B Streptococcus Infection

Cause of Death C: History of Spontaneous First Trimester Miscarriage

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity; History of Acute / Chronic Anemia, Heart Failure, Cardiomegaly, and Remote Endocarditis Status Post Mitral Valve Replacement
