Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Connor Chase.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Alprazolam and Fentanyl

RIP CONNOR CHASE (January 1, 2004 – January 27, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:54 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
