Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old female.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Colleen Brady.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

RIP COLLEEN BRADY (October 4, 1977 – June 29, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 11:44 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 11, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
