Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a homeless shelter.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Christina Ivasutyn.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension
