(L.A.) Chloe Phan, 20, Died From an Embolism 🧁

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 20-year-old Vietnamese female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Chloe Phan.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Probable Deep Vein Thrombosis, Primary Site Not Established

RIP CHLOE PHAN (April 23, 2002 – December 18, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 6:17 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late August, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
