(L.A.) Charles McCullough, 62, Died at a Motel Poolside

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old Latino male that occurred by the side of a swimming pool at a motel.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Charles McCullough.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Phencyclidine and Methamphetamine Effects
Other Significant Condition: Congestive Heart Failure

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:43 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
This is considered an accidental overdose.
