(L.A.) Charles Andre, 46, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Charles Andre.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity
RIP CHARLES ANDRE (April 19, 1978 – May 5, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 6:03 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
