(L.A.) Chala Och, 32, Died at From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Chala Och.

Born in San Luis Obispo County. Mother’s maiden name is Peachee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Morbid Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 4:16 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
