(L.A.) Carson Hughes, 28, Died at an Apartment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Black male that occurred at an apartment.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carson Hughes.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity
RIP CARSON HUGHES (November 24, 1995 – February 7, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:55 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
