A high take-off right coronary artery (RCA) is a rare congenital coronary anomaly where the RCA originates more than 10 mm above the sinotubular junction of the aorta, rather than from its usual location at the right coronary sinus. This variant is estimated to occur in about 0.006% to 0.2% of the population.
