Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carlos Franco.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Stroke, Clinical

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease, Clinical

Other Significant Conditions: History of Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes, and Chronic Kidney Disease
