Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 92-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carl Sorensen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hypoxic Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Traumatic Cervical Fracture (Neck Fracture)

Cause of Death C: Syncope with Fall

Other Significant Conditions: Atrioventricular Heart Block, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Osteoarthritis, and Hypertension (Htn)
