(L.A.) Cale Smith, 47, Died at a Gazebo

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a gazebo.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Cale Smith.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP CALE SMITH (April 20, 1976 – May 2, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:42 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
