(L.A.) Ca Hoang Le, 84, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 84-year-old Asian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ca Hoang Le.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

The decedent was apparently riding a scooter and ended up in a crash involving two other vehicles at around 11:25 a.m.

Montebello PD said the incident happened in the 300 block of North Garfield Avenue, just north of Whittier Boulevard. One of the vehicles rolled over.
