Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old male that occurred at a gas station.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Byron Alvarado and listed his race/ethnicity as White/Caucasian + Latino.

Born in L.A. County.

Height: 5 feet 11 inches / Weight: 180 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

The decedent had a very lengthy rap sheet that included arrests for theft, burglary, assault, elder abuse, and drug offenses. He was most recently arrested by LASD in August in Palmdale.
