(L.A.) Brandon Starr, 39, Died From Overdosing on Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Brandon Starr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP BRANDON ALLEN STARR (July 23, 1985 – December 13, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:50 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
