(L.A.) Faith Spidell, 27, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Faith Spidell.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP FAITH SPIDELL (May 8, 1997 – November 28, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:52 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
