(L.A.) Bradley Squires, 35, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Bradly Squires.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP BRADLEY SQUIRES (October 26, 1988 – July 13, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 7:33 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s forename as Bradly.
