The coroner’s office identified the man as Boyd Burns.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Drowning

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure, Kidney & Liver Failure, Type II Diabetes

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 10:15 p.m.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Michael Burns before later changing it to Boyd Burns.
