Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Black male that occurred in an industrial complex.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Billy Morgan.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death: Dilated Cardiomyopathy of Unspecified Etiology
Other Significant Conditions: Hepatic Cirrhosis of Unspecified Etiology and Morbid Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:20 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 13, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
