Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 81-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Bernard Nepper.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Chronic Renal Disease, History of Prostate Cancer, and History of Basal Cell Carcinoma
