The coroner’s office identified the infant boy as Babyboy Faavi.

Cause of Death A: Intrauterine Fetal Demise

Cause of Death B: Prematurity and Acute Chorioamnionitis (Clinical)

Other Significant Condition: Maternal Use of Methamphetamine
