Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 2:35 a.m.

Intrauterine fetal demise is the medical term for a stillbirth.

Chorioamnionitis is inflammation of the fetal membranes, usually due to bacterial infection.

Local government authorities had the decedent’s body cremated on April 14.
