The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Azalia Jacobo.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Community-Acquired Pneumonia

Other Significant Condition: Morbid Obesity

RIP AZALIA JACOBO (February 8, 1977 – February 23, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 7:38 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 10.
