Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Arthur Bynum.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Opiates, Cocaine and Phencyclidine (PCP)

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease with a Medical History of Congestive Heart Failure and Hypertension
