Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Ashton Ruth.

Cause of Death: Effects of Acetyl Fentanyl, Fentanyl and Methampehtamine
