Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a bathroom.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Arnulfo Cervantes.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Alcohol, Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Obesity, Coronary Artery Atherosclerosis, Coronary Artery Congenital Anomaly
