(L.A.) Arcadio Hernandez, 45, Died in Sun Valley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at Pacifica Hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Arcadio Hernandez, resident of Lauren Canyon Boulevard in Sun Valley.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Alcoholism
