(L.A.) Antonio Vazquez, 69, Died at a Railroad

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old Latino male that occurred on a railroad.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Antonio Vazquez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
