Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old “White/Caucasian” male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Antonio Rosales.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt Force Traumatic Injuries

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity and Medical History of Pre-Diabetes and Hypertension
