Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Antonio Carrillo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP ANTONIO CARRILLO (October 6, 1984 – March 4, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:14 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
