(L.A.) Anthony Luna, 17, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 17-year-old Hispanic/Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the teenager as Anthony Luna.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 3:09 a.m.

The decedent died supposedly after slipping while climbing the 6th Street Bridge. Police say it was for a social-media stunt; the teen’s father denies the theory.

Anthony Luna was set to graduate from Condor High School in Oxnard.
