(L.A.) Anthony Bolden, 31, Died From Meth Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Anthony Bolden.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP ANTHONY BOLDEN (April 3, 1993 – November 5, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:51 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 14, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
