(L.A.) Angela Monroe, 47, Died on a Street

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a street.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Angela Monroe.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects
RIP ANGELA MONROE (July 23, 1975 – May 15, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:30 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
