(L.A.) Andrew Martinez, 66, Died in a Trailer/RV

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Latino male that occurred in a trailer or recreational vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Andrew Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early February, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
