The coroner’s office identified the man as Andrew Costa.

Cause of Death A: Multiple Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Decompensated Liver Cirrhosis

Cause of Death C: Chronic Alcoholism

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension; Epilepsy
