(L.A.) Andrew Brown, 52, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Andrew Brown.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Cocaine

RIP ANDREW BROWN (October 9, 1971 – April 23, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:46 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the coke.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
