(L.A.) Andrew Baldwin, 45, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Andrew Baldwin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: History of Chronic Ethanol Use, Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
