(L.A.) Andrea Dack, 78, Ended Her Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 78-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Andrea Dack.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Secobarbital, Citalopram and Alcohol Toxicity

RIP ANDREA DACK (September 27, 1945 – April 8, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:49 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

Secobarbital is a barbiturate used for the short-term treatment of insomnia.
