(L.A.) Analee Rodriguez, 26, Died on the 101 Freeway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in North Hollywood.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Analee Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:02 a.m.

A dark-colored sedan had struck a center median, triggering a multi-vehicle crash on the Hollywood (101) Freeway in North Hollywood.

CHP said the crash occurred at around 4:55 a.m. on the northbound freeway at the Vineland Avenue off-ramp.

Paramedics were dispatched to the location at 4:56 a.m. but did not transport anyone to a hospital, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. Instead, a representative of the medical examiner’s office arrived on the scene to handle the deceased.
