Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Amanda Gutierrez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Idiopathic Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease and Obesity

RIP AMANDA GUTIERREZ (May 23, 1984 – August 4, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 1:40 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 14, presumably after the results of tox screening came back negative for substances.
