The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alfredo Madrigal.

Cause of Death A: Multiple Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death C: Probable Effects of Nonspecific Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Conditions: History of Chronic Alcohol Use; Hyperglycemia
