(L.A.) Alex Acosta, 49, Died in a Mobile Home

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latino male that occurred in a mobile home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alex Acosta.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Alcohol and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP ALEX ACOSTA (July 12, 1974 – September 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:44 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 24, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
