(L.A.) Alejandro Torres, 36, Died in a Riverbed

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old male of Hispanic/Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a riverbed.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alejandro Torres.

Formal ruling by the medical examiner is deferred pending the results of toxicology tests, which may take as long as six months. Case status is deferred pending additional investigation.

Manner and cause of death have yet to be disclosed; the information will be added to this page as soon as it becomes available.
