Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Agustin Alejandre.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Complications of Acute Polysubstance Intoxication

Cause of Death B: Acute Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Opioid Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Acute Respiratory Failure with Hypoxia, Anoxic-Ischemic Brain Injury, Polysubstance Abuse
