(L.A.) Adrian Pelar, 44, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Adrian Pelar.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

RIP ADRIAN PELAR (September 10, 1979 – April 1, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:04 a.m.

The decedent was fatally shot by a sheriff’s deputy in East L.A.

* Note that he was first identified as Adrian Agustin by the Department of Medical Examiner which later stated that his surname is actually Pelar.
