(L.A.) Adam Anderson, 41, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Adam Anderson.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Ketamine, Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, Flualprazolam, and Bromazolam

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 3:41 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 5, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
